Illinois commit Reilly O'Toole capped off a stellar high school career at Wheaton Warrenville South with a second consecutive Class 7A state championship. The All-State quarterback threw for 182 yards and 2 touchdowns, leading the Tigers to a 28-17 victory over Lake Zurich in the title game last Saturday.
