The first major BCS offer for three-star cornerback Roman Tatum didn't come as a suprise, but hearing the long-awaited news was "amazing" nonetheless. Tatum, out of Winter Park (Fla.), is in regular contact with Bulls defensive backs coach Rick Smith.
