Harris has a new home at MSU
McCalla, Ala., quarterback Dezmond Harris admits that he hasn't played linebacker since he was in pee wee football.
But that is where the 6-foot-3, 207-pounder will make his future after committing to Mississippi State Saturday morning.
"I just called and told them this morning and they congratulated me," Harris said. "They welcomed me to the Bulldog family and all that good stuff."
Harris attended the Big Dawg Camp, an invitation only camp for MSU's elite prospects, on Friday night in Starkville. He brought his mother along for the trip which is what helped seal the deal for the Bulldogs.
