The eight-year tenure of Bill Cubit as head coach at Western Michigan came to an end Saturday when the school announced his dismissal.

Schofield (Wisc.) D.C. Everest offensive tackle Connor Riese is the highest rated prospect on the Bronco's 2013 commitment list and he spoke Sunday about how Cubit's departure affects his commitment.
