Hi Leon,
I just wanted to tell you how thoughtful you are to send a donation in Richards honor to us. I recieved it today and was just totally moved to tears when I opened it. I know how much Richard thought of you just by what he would say to me and what I would hear. I used to tease him about having a "Miami Canes" friend and he would just say "he's a great guy...so it's all good" So I know he thought alot of you. Thank you again for thinking of me and my family. We are just devastated by our loss of a wonderful husband and father and every day is a struggle without him. I've never spend more than 6 days away from him since we married when I was 17 so this is something that I just can't comprehend.
Thank you again and hopefully we can keep in touch thru Warchant. I will continue to post once in a while to check in with all his friends. Take care and hold your family close each day...as we truly never know what the next day has in store for us. Much Love and thanks, Pamela (Semper Fi Wife)

He and I were close friends who spoke often and he helped me out during some trying times and for that I will always be greatful.

I feel like this is a bad dream or something...doesnt seem real AT ALL!
