No shit. Amazing what this world has come to....if I saw that, to hell with the chain of command BS or any concerns of reprisal....that sick f- or any other would be going down and that kid would be raced to counseling.

And no....I don't buy the crap about " you couldn't know how you would react until your in the situation." The only truth to that would be deciding whether to call the cops first, or waiting until the sicko got dressed, whip the living shit out of him, and then call the cops along with EMS.
