Florida Athlete Loves Ducks

Tampa, Florida is known for its great beaches and hot weather. Another thing from Tampa that is hot right now is 6-foot-2, 180-pounder Nelson Agholor. The athletic Agholor can play a variety of positions on the field and on either side of the ball. Duck Sports Authority, had a quick conversation with the two-way standout to find out where he stands in his recruitment.

Agholor currently holds over twenty offers including offers from Florida, USC, Texas, Auburn, Georgia, Oregon and Miami to name a few. Almost every top BCS school is hard after the talented athlete but Agholor is playing things very close to the vest so far.

According to Agholor he has yet to narrow his list down and he is still unsure when and where he will be taking any trips, what camps he will visit, or when he will narrow his list of suitors. One thing Agholor did share with DSA was his feelings about the Ducks.

"Well, in all honesty, I love the University of Oregon and the coaches I've been in contact with like coach (Chip) Kelly and (Scott) Frost," exclaimed Agholor.

Agholor has offers to play at multiple positions from corner, running back and wide receiver and which position he decides to play will definitely have a factor in his college of choice. He has been receiving a lot of interest and his phone has been busy as well. Agholor also talked a bit about where Oregon wants him and how often he speaks with the Duck coaches.

"They want me at wide receiver and whenever I am free I try and find time to call them."

The battle for Agholor's services will be hard fought amongst many of the most elite teams in the country and the Ducks appear to be right in the mix. Duck Sports Authority will continue to monitor his recruitment.
