Four-star RB now solid to AU after visit?

Cross City (Fla.) Dixie County four-star running back Rodney Scott committed to Auburn in May. It wasn't long after that he began having doubts.

Scott, 5-foot-9, 185 pounds, ranked the No. 5 all-purpose back in the country by, was concerned with the Tiger offense. He had his worries about the spread.

Saturday, four games after the firing of coordinator Tony Franklin, Scott visited the Plains for the Georgia game and saw something familiar.

"They looked more like the old Auburn, running the ball and getting downhill," said Scott. "I liked how they ran the ball. They were passing the ball to the running backs and handing it to them. I liked that."
