Video: Film Review - Miami RB Commit Girard Pringle

The Miami Hurricanes received a big-time commitment from rising Armwood running back Girard Pringle.

The lightning-fast back has exploded onto the scene with an over 1600-yard rushing junior campaign, during which he averaged 7.7 yards per carry.

He has dynamic long speed, but his instant acceleration allows him to navigate through holes and bounce outside.

Speed

As a 5'10" 185-pound back, you would assume he would be fast. However, he possesses ELITE speed. Able to easily burst through defenders' angles and only needs a crease to take it the distance.

Explosiveness

While most fans think of straight-line speed when it comes to explosiveness, Pringle has next-level short-area quickness and can explode past defenders by putting his foot in the ground.

Vision

It's one thing to be fast, but it's another to have excellent vision to bring the best out of that speed. Explosive jump cuts behind the line of scrimmage set him up with races to the outside. Canes fans can safely put their money on him to win.
