If you missed The Lamar Thomas Show last night, be sure to check out the podcast today.

Also from yesterday don't miss coach Manny Diaz's thoughts heading into the NC State game, plus an in-depth look at Bubba Bolden, who is playing as many snaps as anyone on D but has low Pro Football Focus grades.

This morning?

First up we have Mike Harley's weekly CaneSport blog, so you don't want to miss what he's saying about this team and where things stand coming off the UNC loss with NC State up next. Speaking of NC State, we take a look at what coach Dave Doeren and his players are saying they see in the Cane challenge, and how some of Tyler Van Dyke's comments this week rubbed them the wrong way. And we also are wrapping up our midseason look at the top 20 players on the roster, with No. 1-5 today.

In recruiting? We catch up with 4-star DE Alex Cunningham, who landed a Miami offer last week. He shares his thoughts on where things stand.

Stop Accepting Mediocrity With Van Dyke ... Posted by CaneWonder

I saw nothing vs. UNC that points to him as QB1 for the future. Interested to see Jake Garcia in November if Diaz/Lashlee decide to give him meaningful game experience.

He's all we have now, so it's his team.

But Stop with the inexperience please.

2 Seasons Lashlee's offense. Third game as a starter this season

16 days to prepare for UNC... start the game 5 for 16 for 69 yds in first half ???

20-45 with 3 picks .... too many passes off the mark with time.

Legs ??? Runs like a Big 10 quarterback - NOT looking to make anybody miss or make cuts. Howell had tacklers bounce off him and kept going.

I saw so many more skilled QB's on Saturday night flipping through the channels.

Hope Jacurri Brown makes it here.

The bright spots on Saturday was Jaylan Knighton on offense.

I think we’re as good as anyone in the ACC. I’ve played in the conference for five years. We went undefeated at 10-0 to start one year, 8-1 to start last year. It’s all a mental thing, honestly. I remember coach Richt telling us my freshman year, the team that turns the ball over less or does the little things right is always going to come out on top whether by one point, three points or a touchdown. The team that does it right will come out on top.
